Can I collect my order?

We can offer this service with prior arrangement if you live in New Plymouth. We do have shipping options & delivery options available also. 

Do you ship internationally?

No we don't. We only ship nationwide in NZ.

Do you ship to rural addresses?

Absolutely! Delivery timeframes are slightly longer for this & there is an extra fee.

How will my pre-curated gift box be packaged?

We take great care to package every gift. The items will arrive inside our strong magnetic gift box with wood wool filling. Items will be bubble wrapped inside if they are fragile to avoid breakage. Then the entire gift box itself will be placed inside our delivery boxes. 

When will you respond to my email?

We will respond to all enquires within 24 hours. WE DO NOT OPERATE OVER THE WEEKEND. If you have emailed us over the weekend we will respond on Monday. 

Can I make changes to my order?

No, all orders are final. Please select carefully. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, of course. You will recieve a tracking number via email once your shjpping label has been created. You will be able to click on the tracking link to see your delivery information. 

What happens if no one is home on delivery?

The courier will leave the gift in a safe place on the property if they believe it is appropriate. In other cases, a card-to-call card will be left to arrange pickup. We do recommend if you wish for someone to be home upon delivery or there is no safe place on your property to leave the box, that you do select the signature shipping option when checking out. The signature option is not available for rural delivery. 

Do you offer custom boxes?

We can only discuss customisation for orders over 10 boxes.  

Do you accept large custom corporate orders? 

Yes we can discuss custom corporate orders. Please email us at with information such as numnber of boxes required, delivery date, destination & budget. We will be happy to discuss your requirements.
