Kamahi Honey is a sweet honey made from the flowers of the New Zealand native Kamahi tree and native bush flowers with a buttery and toffee taste. Honeybees can be found gathering the nectar from the spike of small, creamy white flowers in spring.
Kamahi honey can be used in baking, in gourmet dishes, on toast or simply stirred into to sweeten a smoothie or cup of tea. It is also delicious with fresh fruit and creamy cheeses.
